Description:

Support the HC Studio Producers with daily tasks assigned to you by your producer to ensure the meeting of deadlines and game project plan success. Tasks range from delivery of game setup forms, CMS configs, to monitoring of development milestones. 

 

Daily tasks:

• Registration forms and coordination between different company departments 
• DB configurations
• Open box folders 
• File 3rd Party forms
• File IP forms
• See versions through to acceptance and QA (mainly on Fridays)
• Confluence summary (retros, concepting meetings, etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and slides for art creation
• Visit through the various studio offices for optimal coordination and to help speed up the process
• Report on a daily basis in order to help improve the process 
• Be nice and friendly to all ;)
