ICT Pre-Sales expert

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enables implementation of sales strategy for Security, ICT managed services, ICT infrastructure solutions and Data Center services,
• Supports ICT Sales and KAM in defining and selling Security, ICT managed services, ICT infrastructure solutions and Data Center services,
• Proactively engages with clients to improve their infrastructure solutions,
• Designs ICT solutions based on specific customer's needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

 

Key Tasks:

• Support Sales team in defining and selling ICT services from a technical and financial perspective,
• Responsibility for financial results,
• Successfully implement ICT solutions,
• Ensure customer satisfaction,
• Manage quality of implementation (time, resources, cost) and compliance with internal processes.

 

Job Requirements:

• University degree (telecommunication or IT),
• Relevant experience in ICT industry and Project Management experience is an advantage,
• Experience in selling complex IT infrastructure solutions,
• Previous experience in building or designing complex infrastructure solutions such as replication / disaster recovery / business continuity,
• Experience with building or designing of private cloud is an advantage,
• Experience in selling and developing data center services is an advantage,
• Experience in selling and designing enterprise networking solutions is an advantage,
• Experience in selling and designing information security systems is an advantage,
• Great communication, ability to listen, empathy and passion towards winning,
• Expertise in driving complex presales projects within corporate client environments,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken),
• Willingness to go the extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
