повеќе за компанијата »On behalf of our client, a leading company in the food industry, DEKRA is looking for:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizes, controls and coordinates the work in the Departments for Production, Research and Development, Control and Quality, as well as Maintenance;
- Drives processes improvement that result in significant operational efficiencies and coordinates work to ensure best practices are coming in and implemented across teams and functions;
- Plans and implements capital and other major expenses investment for the purchase, repair or replacement of facilities and equipment to improve quality, productivity and ensure safe and efficient operations within Company strategic decisions;
- Together with the managers of the divisions, participates in the development of a production financial plan and monitors its execution;
- Remains constantly well informed on state of the art technological developments and their applications in the food production activity; brings the experience and expertise for the installation of new production units or modernization of an existing one;
- Implements decisions of the Management Board;
- Responsible for timely and high-quality execution of works in the above sectors;
- Participates in production calculations and specifications and implements standards;
- Responsible of enriching the range of production;
- Monitors and, if necessary, controls production orders;
- Ensures performance of quality control of raw materials, production materials and finished products;
- Ensures continuous research and work on new product development and demand for existing products;
- Ensures the application of legal regulations in the field of safety and health at work;
- Ensures the application of legislation in the area of product quality assurance;
- Creates production specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree, Electrical engineering preferably;
- More than 5 years’ experience in managing;
- Ability to identify and overcome strategic and operational challenges; complete key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Results oriented;
- Innovative approach to resolving issues and promoting improvements;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong listening and presentation skills across different audiences.
