Your Skills and Expertise 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field of study
  • 1+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and its use in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an emphasis on attracting and recruiting technical roles
  • The ability to use various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Boolean search to proactively source candidates
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Energetic, self-starter, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities using Boolean search in order to fill open positions
  • Managing the whole recruitment and selection process (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, giving offers, etc.)
  • Support the overall candidate experience for those currently in our interview pipeline
  • Updating our internal databases with new candidates’ information
  • Play a key part in our recruiting process, and act as a support system for the Talent Acquisition team and other operational activities
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Keeping up to date with recruiting trends and best practices
  • Only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
