Now, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to perform various tasks, support our recruitment department’s daily activities, and become part of our Talent Acquisition Team!

Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field of study
- 1+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and its use in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an emphasis on attracting and recruiting technical roles
- The ability to use various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Boolean search to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Energetic, self-starter, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities using Boolean search in order to fill open positions
- Managing the whole recruitment and selection process (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, giving offers, etc.)
- Support the overall candidate experience for those currently in our interview pipeline
- Updating our internal databases with new candidates’ information
- Play a key part in our recruiting process, and act as a support system for the Talent Acquisition team and other operational activities
- Onboarding of new employees
- Keeping up to date with recruiting trends and best practices
