MARKETING and COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

One vacant position, location Skopje

 

Key job Responsibilities:

• Managing overall marketing communications within the marketing department
• Responsibility for creating marketing plans including: advertising, promotions, publicity, social media and media buying including developing and executing events and CSR programs
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Monitor marketing trends, tools and applications specific to the industry and target market(s)
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness and impact of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Working closely with marketing and design agencies
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Leads, motivates and develops the marketing team

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven previous experience on a similar role
• Excellent command of English language and computer literacy
• Sharp-minded, effective communicator, able to think creatively and innovatively and to be familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing and advertising

• Creative, confident and dynamic personality.
