Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist to manage and calculate employee bonuses using Excel and data from our CRM system. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, bonus structures, and data reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely bonus payments. You will collaborate closely with Finance and Sales departments to interpret incentive programs and process calculations accordingly.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 3pm-11pm (on-site only)

Responsibilities:

• Calculate daily, weekly and monthly employee bonuses based on performance metrics and incentive plans.
• Extract and analyze relevant employee and sales data from the CRM system.
• Use advanced Excel functions to compute and verify bonus amounts.
• Reconcile bonus reports with payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all bonus calculations and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Managers, Sales and Finance teams to interpret bonus policies and performance results.
• Prepare reports and summaries for Finance and Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role involving bonus or commission calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis tools).
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations and bonus structures.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
