On behalf of our client, Rhino Entertainment, an iGaming company based in Malta. For their office in Bitola, DEKRA is looking for:

AFFILIATE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grow the affiliate database spanning across multiple geos;
Regularly review affiliate acquisition and marketing spend from affiliate accounts to ensure they are on track against agreed KPIs;
Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns for your affiliates;
Monitor and analyze results of these campaigns and present the findings in weekly or monthly meetings with the Key Accounts and Global Team Lead and other members of Rhino Entertainment Group as required;
Oversee the monthly payment process for the affiliate programe;
Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all affiliate activity to the head of acquisition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
• Familiarity with commercials used in gaming including CPA / CPL / Revenue Share
• Online marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

• Highly organized, self-sufficient and self-motivated;
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); numerate with an understanding of cost control;
• Good sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
