Our client, a reputable company in the automotive industry is announcing an open vacancy in Skopje, for the position:

SITE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Purpose of the job:

• Provide accounting support to the Head of Finance and Regional Financial Controller
• To manage a team to ensure that all financial reporting deadlines (Group and Local) and associated requirements 
• Drive and manage the control environment
• Identify opportunities and implement solution for standardisation and simplification.
• Manage, support and develop a team

Major challenge of the job:

• Providing accurate financial information under tight reporting deadlines.
• Building relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Continually reviewing current processes and implementing new improvements
• Understand and implement local legal and tax requirements

Knowledge, skill and experience required:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting and/or equivalent
• Ability to apply knowledge of applicable Accounting standards and Local regulations
• Microsoft office and knowledge of SAP
• Demonstrable problem solving and strong analytical review skills
• Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with a multi-department team)
• Planning and organising skills
• Developing others
• Delegating responsibilities and Gaining commitment
