Telesales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact with existing customers which use mobile services and sales of additional fixed services via phone;
- Contact with new potential client’s data base;
- Following of sales installations.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding customer orientation paired with in-depth understanding or our product-portfolio and those of our competitors;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Confident PC user (MS Office);
- Fluency in English (oral and written);
- Flexible and solution-oriented;
- Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies;
- Strong personal initiative;
- Ability to excel under pressure, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and manage large workloads;
- Team player with a sense of humor;
- “Never give up” attitude.
