WIK, a contract designer and manufacturer (ODM/OEM/CM) for electrical household appliances and devices. They have created and developed hundreds of system solutions and produced millions of products. This position is based Prilep and is responsible for the financial health of the organization.

To further support their operations in Prilep, they are looking to engage a highly capable and devoted professional for the position of

Job description:

• Manage accounting and controlling functions, monitor cash flow, treasury, tax and other accounting topics.
• Take responsibility for period-end closing and reporting in accordance with local GAAP rules and government regulations, such as internal and external compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial report reviews and attend annual statutory audit and other external audits.
• Manage the business plan, quarterly forecast, and variance analysis.
• Support new project calculations, investment budget control, and product cost calculations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, auditing, business economics or equivalent apprenticeship
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a financial or accounting area with SAP experience in a multinational company
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership in a finance/commercial environment
• Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office
• Autonomous and accountable individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent numerical proficiency and attention to details
• Ability to lead a team with great organizational and time-management skills
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices
