Job role

As a member of the Nedcann team, the Pharmacist will be accountable for ensuring the best pharmaceutic practices are used in product development, designing, creating, running, and maintaining processes according to regulations, developing and executing strategies on-site in Macedonia, location Ohrid.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously.

Your Responsibilities Include

·         Be the co-worker that inspires the team

·         Be creative and entrepreneurial and have a willingness to adapt to new conditions or initiatives

·         Execute and enforce all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations, and laws

·         Check certifications through the Department of Health portal in accordance with regulations and daily workflow

·         Knowledge in Total Quality Control (Knowledge in MSA is an advantage); FMEA

·         Making standards, making sure that standards are respected in the production

·         Preparation of Control plan/inspection plan

·         Conducting internal quality audits

·         Preparing laboratory test reports

·         Working closely with the team in order to improve the quality of our products and production process

·         Ensuring best practices are used in production processes

·         Taking part in the review of process specifications and wireframes

·         Responsible for creating detailed test cases for planned changes to verify that the requirements are captured and implemented correctly

·         Values and culture stewardship; champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes, drive service delivery is compliant with local laws and regulations.

Your Profile

·         Bachelor degree or higher in Pharmacy (certificate for passed specialist exam in the respective field, certificate for passed professional exam for pharmacist)

·         Should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in Pharma (Licensed)

·         Preferably as well, but more important, must have experience with documentation in a QMS system

·         Specialization for drug testing and control

·         GMP requirements, at least the EU-GMP’s

·         Quality systems such as: change control, deviation

·         Good documentation practices

·         Validation and Qualification

·         Knowledge and/or ability to use pharmacy information systems

·         Knowledge and ability to use automated and conventional pharmacy equipment

·         Cleanroom design from QA point of view

·         Excellent soft skills, including demonstrable ability to relationship, manage across various business levels and functions

·         Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to creatively tailor solutions

·         Strong business / commercial acumen; understanding of the complexity of multiple businesses, functions, and processes as well as solid knowledge of business and functional issues, and proven track record to positively impact business results

·         You speak fluent English and Macedonian
