Vita Media Group is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to create, coordinate and execute SEO strategies towards meeting company’s goals, while guiding and leading the SEO team across multiple countries. The ideal candidate must be prepared to enter as a leading body in a young and dynamic environment, in an industry with high competition and many exciting challenges. 

Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s visibility and profitability. It is expected that you are proficient in SEO within all facets of the art and are ready to enter and shape the future SEO strategy so that it aligns with the company's other strategy and expectations. Along the way, there will be many balls in the air, which therefore requires that you can proactively enter into an effective collaboration, as well as work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high professional level and continuous development of the SEO team
• Develop, follow and execute planned SEO strategies
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Regularly conduct thorough keywords research to guide content teams
• Follow up and analyze all SEO activities including follow-up on objectives and detailed KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Collaborate with the web developers and the marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO practices and digital marketing trends and best practices
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content, landing pages and other copy
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• You will be in a leading and executing role with full responsibility.

Requirements:

• You have proven experience with complex, high-level SEO issues
• You have extensive experience with relevant tools e.g. Screaming Frog, MOZ, Semrush, Ahrefs and web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends
• You are experienced in all SEO disciplines and have a natural interest in them
• You have strong organizational and leadership skills, and are used to handling multiple tasks 
• You have knowledge of standard and current SEO practices & experience with SEO reporting
• You are proficient and fluent in English & have good writing skills
• You have BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
