You'll collaborate closely with senior managers, advance in your position, and eventually supervise others.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Financial Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, financial and clerical tasks. You will have front desk position and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our administrative procedures. We are looking for someone that is good with administration and getting stuff done. Someone who has a thirst for knowledge, and can responsibly get through tasks requiring attention to detail. You should have excellent organizational skills and you should be able to handle time- sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Archiving and scanning internal documents and management of internal documentation (contracts, offers, invoices and company archive...)
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
- Contact with the accounting office and handling incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Focal point of contact for visitors, suppliers, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails.
- Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, account payments, and payroll.
- Sending documents to the post office.
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least a High school diploma.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners.
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Pantheon Enterprise software would be considered an advantage.
