Product and Sales Manager for Camera/Video surveillance

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifies and manages new business opportunities.
• Conducts market analysis in terms of competition and market potential.
• Maintains optimal stock by forecasting sales planning and strategies.
• Introduces new products through marketing and sales channels.
• Plans and manages direct negotiations with the clients.
• Maintains detailed knowledge of the products and services portfolio; knows the products specifications and other technical information.
• Cooperates with import/export department to ensure the supplying is realized on time.
• Ensures the achievement of quarterly and yearly sales target.

Candidate’s Requirements:

Education and experience

• University degree.
• More than three years’ experience in similar job positions related to product management and sales.
• Very Good knowledge of Camera/Video surveillance products
• Good knowledge of Information Technology, Hardware and Software.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work in a group and under pressure.
• Enthusiasm, good human relations skills, and the ability to think independently.
• Excellent networking and strong presence in the market.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
