We’re growing our Skopje team and looking for someone who doesn’t just generate leads but creates opportunities and drives market expansion. You’ll act as a Market Scout, identifying high-potential US companies, starting conversations, and opening doors for long-term partnerships. You are the starting point of every deal.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify US companies with growth potential
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Engage decision-makers and spark interest
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
- Track activity and performance in CRM
Working hours:
15:00 – 23:00 Monday - Friday ; from the office in Skopje
(Mornings free, no early alarms)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confidence in outreach and objection handling
- Market research
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
