Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our client’s digital presence across key platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands how to build engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver measurable results.
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 3pm – 11pm; on-site in Skopje
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute content strategies for all social media platforms - social media posts, newsletters, campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Additional emerging platforms as needed)
- Create and publish daily posts, stories, and multimedia content
- Monitor performance, track analytics, and prepare regular reports
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics tools, and content trends
- Experience with SMM and content marketing strategies
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with social media management tools
