Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Hydraulic Lift Engineer.
The Client is developing a vertical lifting mechanism rated for 60 tons with 2 meters of lift and is seeking a highly experienced Hydraulic Engineer to design the lifting mechanism. This is a hands-on role for an engineer with a proven track record in heavy lifting systems, capable of driving the project independently and delivering complete engineering outputs.

Working hours: Flexible US business hours (part-time – 20h/week) Monday – Friday;

on-site only in Skopje

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver drafts, sketches, calculations, and CAD models.
• Identify required components and source potential suppliers.
• Suggest design improvements for performance, safety, and cost.
• Join weekly calls/meetings.
• Provide fully documented engineering outputs.

Requirements

• Expert in hydraulics and hydraulic cylinders, with the ability to consider alternative lifting solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks (or similar) – all source files must be delivered.
• Strong communication skills – fluent English is mandatory.
• Self-driven, reliable, and experienced in real-world heavy lifting applications. 

Bonus Points:

• Licensed in Florida (PE or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Collier County permitting or Florida engineering standards.
