- Sales ownership process/procedures development,
- System development,
- Optimizing following defined sales process,
- Increase efficiency of sales channels,
- Digitalization of Sales channels.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in processes development and process optimization,
- Advantage experience in: TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen…
- Advantage experience in: Solid knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM),
- Experience in development of sales channel,
- Experience in project management,
- Advantage experience in: PMP - Project Management Professional,
- Independence and proactivity in work,
- Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills,
- Ability to make quick and efficient decisions,
- Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines,
- Agile concept of thinking and self-motivation,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Passion for quality, performance and reliability,
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written).
