Vita Media Group in Skopje is expanding the Affiliate team with a B2B Affiliate Sales Manager. We are looking for a creative person with sales skills that will manage day-to-day activities with our partners.

Job Description

We are searching for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our affiliate program through creative thinking. You will work collaboratively with a number of external Affiliate partners and manage a number of external relationships whilst also having the opportunity to establish new business relationships that will increase brand awareness and presence in the fast and diverse world of online Gaming! You will monitor the performance of external partners, analyze and drive insight via multiple data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, websites, etc.
• Deepen relationship with existing affiliates
• Negotiate and manage commission structures for affiliates.
• Maintain direct communication, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance.
• Analytical approach with lots of initiative.
• Supply occasional creative juice and ideas related to affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups and teams
• Good listening, observation and learning skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data
• Able to work collaboratively across teams
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred.
