What We Look For
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Training Consultant for our Growth Markets unit to support business expansion in new and emerging markets. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and delivering tailored training solutions while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new prospects and market opportunities.
- Build and expand the clients and prospects database on a daily basis.
- Conduct structured phone and online presentations of training programs.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Follow up on leads, missed calls, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to client needs by offering appropriate and customized training solutions.
- Develop existing accounts while actively acquiring new clients.
- Promote public training programs and portfolios on social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, target groups, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support course delivery and customer experience.
- This role may require travel within GCC markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Communication, Languages, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
