                                           CONTROLLING EXPERT

Core responsibilities:

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc Controlling reports and analyses for the management, for Telekom Austria Group Controlling department and for shareholders respecting deadlines, reporting cycles and corporate standards
• Collecting, structuring and adapting data on regular basis with accuracy and precision
• Constantly monitoring company’s financial performance including business spending, costs and budgets
• Variance analysis and identification of key business trends
• Identification of areas for efficiency improvement in business processes and suggest actions/tools/changes in processes for improvement
• Active participation in compilation of forecasts, budgets and business plans
• Creation and adaption of planning model(s) according to business needs
• Ensuring timely delivery of all required Controlling data
• Automation of processes
• Automation of reports
• Data base analyze
• Compliance of internal processes and integration of control points

 

 

Job Requirements 

• Excellent statistical and analytical skills and love for numbers
• Proficiency in advanced Excel
• Attention to detail and a well-structured mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communications, planning and time management skills
• University degree in Economics and/or Technical science
• Hands-on-attitude and a great deal of self-initiative, being able to work with low supervision
• Team-player with a sense of humor
• Ability to excel under pressure, to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and to manage large work-loads
• Working experience of SAP (SAP CO or FI modules) is considered an advantage
• DBMS
• SQL experience min 3 years
• XLS advanced
