On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for Store Manager with brilliant sense of Art and Fashion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain excellent collaborative relationships with the retail partner management team;
• Maintain and set an example of outstanding customer service, both internal and external. Cultivate a superior service culture focusing on the customer as their 1 priority;
• Create daily/weekly action plans to animate the store, motivate the team and incentivise customers to visit the store;
• Train the team on customer service, sales techniques and artistry to improve performance;
• Lead by example by achieving personal sales goals (when applicable);
• Monitor individual performance of each retail employee and coach them for better performance;
• Devise a clear succession plan for each person on the team by leveraging their strengths;
• Hold each retail employee accountable for the quality of their service while maintaining zero-tolerance for customer complaints;
• Foster teamwork and team spirit;
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and hygiene standards at all time;
• Optimize staff schedule to support peak hours in traffic to maximize staff productivity to drive the conversion rate;
• Complete all account and HR documentation accurately and on time;
• Understand the business trends and competitive dynamics to propose action plans to generate incremental sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pervious retail and/or customer service experience;
• One-two years of management experience would be advantage;
• Experience in leading and supervising people would be advantage;
• Experience in cosmetic field would be advantage;
• Specialty store management background an asset.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills, leadership, organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to analyze and interpret figures and comment in writing on weekly/monthly reports;
• Ability to assess customer and staff needs and make recommendations;
• Professional demeanor and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner;
• Ability to work with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends in a fast-pace environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our Client offers a wide range of products that blended street savvy with glamorous style and panache.

This position requires:

• Moderate physical effort;
• Some unpacking and packing of materials is required when restocking the floor supplies;
• A maximum of 8 hours of standing may be required on the selling floor.
