For the needs of our Internal Audit Department, we are looking for an Experienced Auditor.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as team leader for process and compliance audits under the supervision of the Head of Internal Audit.
• Analyze processes and identify risks and controls, design effective tests of controls and conduct audit sampling.
• Assess and provide recommendations on the design and level of implementation of internal controls and adequacy of risk management practices.
• Produce a precise and clear documentation of observations, findings, implications, and recommendations, including writing of audit reports.
• Manage team members assigned to the respective audit, by providing guidance, delegating and monitoring work performed.
• Discuss audit results with the respective branch/unit/department managers and participate in discussions with executive management.
• Perform follow-up on audit findings.

Main requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Economics.
• At least three years of experience in audit, risk management, finance, internal controls or compliance related areas.
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to work in a team.
• Proven ability to systematically and logically analyze information.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
