Pikasa employs a team of data scientists, data analysts, media and PR experts, creative team and software developers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of accuracy in our data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company systems and databases.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure information is complete, consistent, and error-free.
• Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and data protection standards.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Web research skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills in [English/other required language].
