Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Bilingual Medical Receptionist - English and Russian speaking.

The Medical Receptionist will handle administrative and customer support tasks while ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and medical staff. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Working hours: US working hours; (on-site only in Skopje)

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in Russian and English.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately.
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including medical documentation and insurance verification.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Medical background is mandatory (education or relevant experience in healthcare).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with medical scheduling software and EHR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a medical front desk or administrative role.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare procedures and medical terminology is a plus.
