Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in Skopje is looking for an HR Administrator. 

Here at Agile Pro Solutions, we believe that once you have the right skills and motivation to be successful, you will be a great fit for the team. We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who will oversee the company’s human resources administrative functions and ensure smooth operations within the HR department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the necessary documentation for employment, termination, and extension of employment contracts, and other documents related to employment.
• Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including managing employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files.
• Issue various documents upon employee request.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Communicate policy changes and updates to employees as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding contract matters, handle employee inquiries or complaints, and other requests in terms of internal procedures
• Assist in recruitment needs
• Prepare overviews and reports upon request from the HR Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, specifically in personnel administration and legal matters.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent knowledge of legal regulations related to labor relations, social and health insurance, and other laws concerning employment and employees.
• Experience working with HR software is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Initiative and detail orientated person.
