On behalf of our client, leading global supplier of electronic components, DEKRA is looking for:

• Accounts Payable Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process and verifies invoices from suppliers;
• Ensures Personal income tax payment, where applicable;
• Prepares payment plan;
• Monitors and analyzes supplier balances;
• Financial instruments monitoring (LC/BG, where applicable);
• Monitors exposure to third parties (payment in advance);
• Employee business trips settlement and payment (including sales).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field;
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
• Advanced abilities with Excel;
• Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills;
• Independent and driven;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
