Agile Pro Solutions (APS) is providing recruitment services on behalf of our client – an innovative technology company at the forefront of AI-assisted software development. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team remotely.

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to review and enhance AI-generated code, ensuring it meets the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and performance. You will serve as both a technical leader and AI collaborator, shaping the integration of artificial intelligence tools into everyday development workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Integrating AI code generation tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and others) into the day-to-day development workflow
• Reviewing, optimizing, and validating AI-generated code to ensure it meets standards for reliability, scalability, and security
• Designing and building AI-powered product features that improve the property management experience
• Leading full-cycle development of dashboards, portals, and APIs, with strategic use of AI to speed up delivery
• Collaborating with teammates to refine and evolve our approach to AI-assisted engineering
• Keeping up with the latest advancements in AI tools and best practices in modern software development

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with AI code development using Cursor or Claude Code (mandatory).
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 7+ years backend experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• 2+ years with Vue.js or React (Vue preferred, React welcome).
• Solid grasp of database design, optimization, and performance tuning (Postgres preferred).
• A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to adapt rapidly to AI-driven workflows.
• Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in AI-assisted software engineering.
• Excellent communication, both spoken and written, is required.
