To support us with this important responsibility we are now looking for a committed:

Business Analyst for Salesforce CEE/CIS (f/m)

Location: Skopje, Macedonia

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support selected MAs with complex FR-portfolio in the set-up, maintenance and development of Salesforce as CRM-system
• Collaborate with other system owners (eg. Navision and establish interfaces with local bank payment systems
• Ensure interface together with local ICT-expert
• Adapt Salesforce to local requirements and FR-processes
• Ensure legal compliance concerning data-storage

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as BA
• Outspoken track-record and experience with CRM-systems, preferably Salesforce
• Basic understanding of Fundraising and F2F-mechanism & business processes
• Strong in communication and co-ordination skills and able to handle diverse virtual teams
• Prepared to work from noon to late afternoon
• Able to work independently by objectives, keeping overview and resilient in stress peaks
• International work experience with inter-cultural teams
• Excellent English (in written and spoken)
• Fluency in Serbo-Croatian, Russian language knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Understanding of additional tools of CRM
