Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Marketing Department, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 2pm – 10pm, Friday 10am – 6pm; on-site in Skopje
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content e.g. blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, campaigns.
- Analyze social media behaviour and trends and drive improvements.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns (e-mail marketing, SMM, SEO, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads etc.).
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Background in market research and data analysis. (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
