Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 2pm – 10pm, Friday 10am – 6pm; on-site in Skopje
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content e.g. blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, campaigns.
• Analyze social media behaviour and trends and drive improvements.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns (e-mail marketing, SMM, SEO, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads etc.).
   

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Background in market research and data analysis. (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
