Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the flow of value through cross-team projects;

• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs);

• Facilitate PI planning, platform backlog grooming, and roadmap preparation;

• Assist in tracking the execution of initiatives and deliverables

• Facilitate periodic synchronization events as necessary

• Ensure that leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters follow agile practices and mindsets. Where necessary, provide support and training on organizational-wide agreed standards and practices.;

• Work with Operations StakeHolders (Head of verticals and  Team Leads), and other company internal and external  stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment;

• Handle communication and collaboration with other teams to identify risks, effectively remove impediments and resolve dependencies;

• Support and collaborate with the Head of Operations  to define and track strategy, roadmap, and quarterly OKRs for the teams;

• Support and collaborate with the Head of Operations to prepare quarterly reviews;

• Track agile metrics for the platform team and review them with relevant stakeholders;

• Implement and manage agile processes and relevant tooling across the teams to improve efficiency and maximize value;

• Liaise with Solution Architects early or prior to new platform-wide solution implementation to get alignment on technical approaches;

• Assist the Head of Operations in providing leadership and direction where necessary:

• Implement team goals or objectives;

• Supervise, train, or guide team members;

• Mediate any interpersonal issues;

• Inspire and motivate team members;

• Provide effective feedback;

 

Job requirements

Working Experience:

• 3-5+ Project or Program Management Experience;

• Experience working with SaaS products;

• Experience with iterative, value-driven strategic delivery planning;

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology domain.

Standard Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence);

• Good understanding of Agile frameworks and their differences;

• Proficiency in formal communication;

• Advanced level of written and spoken the English Language;

Preferable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAFe framework;

• Background in IT architecture or Service Management related positions.

• Proficiency in designing sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and flowcharts;

• ITIL Certification.

Certification:

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certificate 1/2/3
