TabTale is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to manage our Game Analytics team!

Our ideal candidate will effectively facilitate exploratory analysis, scalable reporting and multiple A/B testing experiments. You’ll also help interpret research results and make strategic recommendations on game development direction and positioning.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF:

• Work with game designers and marketing teams to define and leverage A/B tests and experiments;
• Help shape the Analytics team;
• Define and implement analytics best practices; improve analytics quality and delivery time;
• Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process;
• Collaborate directly with people while working on Game design, UA and monetization.

YOU MUST:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in quantitative analytics with a focus on product analysis or game analysis;
• Have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of analysts;
• Have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive product innovation;
• Have a GTD mentality;
• Be able to tell stories and visualize with data;
• Be result-oriented and focused on the value created by your developments;
• Have excellent communication skills and great verbal and written English;
• Be an SQL & statistics wizard;
• Hold a BSC in a quantitative field.

IT’D BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services;
• Experience working in a Gaming or Advertising company;
• An MSC in a quantitative field.
