Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and set high standards of professionalism in everyday work
• Provide daily coaching and support to team members, adapting your leadership style to individual needs
• Maintain a high level of motivation and a positive team atmosphere
• Monitor and evaluate team members’ performance as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Set individual goals for team members and continuously monitor their achievement
• Provide regular feedback to agents to support continuous improvement of their skills
• Provide ongoing training and development to help team members meet defined goals and expectations
• Successfully coordinate tasks and responsibilities with different stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients
• Ensure that the team’s behavior and performance are aligned with the company’s overall goals and values

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work from our office in Skopje or through a hybrid working model, with occasional visits to the office when required
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts
• C1-level proficiency in German and English
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate results and make fact and data-driven decisions
• High motivation and commitment
• Ability to work independently and strong results orientation
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and ability to identify priorities
