Quality Management Senior Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Management and maintenance of the Mobile Radio network measurement system. Ensuring equipment operational level and working conditions.
• Planning, development and implementation of short or long test strategies, and definition of metrics. Providing benchmarking quality of service via organizing drive test measurements.
• Using measuring equipment and protocol analyzers to detect network faults. Tracking issues, ensuring reporting and escalations.
• Closely cooperating with other relevant departments.
• Participation in local or group projects and in other Quality Management team related tasks.

 

Job Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Telecommunications)
• Experience in telecommunication industries (preferably experience with Mobile Radio, Optimization or Operations.
• Understanding of network elements, communications and services.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Computer skills (knowledge in Windows, Linux, MS Office).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. Decision-making and problem solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate numerous activities within tight deadlines.
• Proactive and initiative, flexible and kind personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of demanding audiences.
