They are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to accompany them in their operations and help them further develop their marketing strategy and grow their business, at the position of

                                                                    Marketing Manager

Job description:

• Participate in formulating the company's marketing strategy and business plan
• Communicate with the consumers through different mediums
• Participate in the development of new products and their pricing
• Implement the annual marketing plan within the specified budget, with the aim of maximizing the company's results and market position
• Monitors the company's performance in accordance with the business plan, sales volume, value, margin, and marketing costs
• Maintains effective internal relations and cooperation with the Sales Department and the Service for Research and Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, management, economics, or any other related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar position
• Working knowledge and experience in the food industry would be considered an advantage
• Proven knowledge of developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office
• Strong project management and business acumen
• Effective communicational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
