We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• First-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• Document issues for the knowledge base.

User Management & Training

• Set up accounts in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.
• Assist users with common applications.

Software & Hardware Maintenance

• Install, update, and maintain software and security systems.

Network & System Support

• Handle network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP support.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain process and incident documentation, report trends, and track service tickets.

  Onboarding & Offboarding

• Set up devices and access for new hires, provide basic training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven 2+ years of experience working as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
• Able to work 15.00 - 23.00 h (US working hours).
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software applications, and networking concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software issues across different platforms (Windows, macOS, etc.).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
