JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing technical support during project development and construction;
- Managing sub-projects related to development, construction and maintenance;
- Supervising (internal) the development/construction/installation processes and ensuring the compliance with IE Group standards, project documentation and local regulations;
- Organizing and conducting factory testing, field testing, commissioning, and trial operation;
- Collaboration in the preparation of internal technical standards for services and equipment;
- Collaboration in the preparation of technical requirements/specifications for procurement processes;
- Collaborating in the selection of service providers and equipment suppliers;
- Collaborating in technical inspections and project handovers at various project stages;
- Participation in processes for acquiring new projects/facilities;
- Supporting the preparation of plans for preventive inspections and maintenance;
- Preparation and implementation of new standards, processes, and tools in the professional field;
- Using tools and performing activities in accordance with internally defined processes;
- Ensuring continuous improvements in the team, work organization, processes, and tools;
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of regulations, measures, and procedures in the field of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and improvements in all measures - technical and organizational;
- Knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the relevant professional field;
- Familiarity with and monitoring of legal regulations in relevant areas;
- Collaboration with other organizational units and companies within the Interenergo Group, as well as with external institutions and partners;
- Performing other tasks as instructed by superiors that are necessary for the smooth operation.
- Responsibility at work: Responsibility for legality, expertise, accuracy, and timeliness of work, responsibility for occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
- Work basis/compliance: Regulations in the field of design, supervision, and implementation of work, regulations in the field of maintenance, local legislation, regulations in the field of energy and construction, internal company regulations, instructions from company management.
- Work efforts: Significant mental effort, periods of absence from the office, fieldwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience: 4-5 years, preferably in a similar field of work;
- Graduated electrical Engineer;
- Organizational and communication abilities;
- Knowledge of English languages;
- Systematic approach, organizational skills, resourcefulness, practicality;
- Good knowledge of computer systems;
- Motivation for work and positive attitude towards work and people;
- Responsibility, precision, and reliability in work;
- Category B driving license.
