Service Quality Assurance Team Coordinator (m/f)

 

Core responsibilities: 

• You will interact with business and technology experts to capture business requests and projects that underlie the quality assurance process;
• You will assess efforts needed for quality assurance of business requests and projects;
• You drive proper roadmap planning and prioritization;
• Define the daily, weekly and monthly tasks for its team members; 
• Daily monitoring of the fulfillment of the duties of the members of the team;
• Collaborate with other team managers; 
• Prepare regular summary/reports of the “current status” about the requested subject;

 

 Requirements:

• University degree;
• Minimum 3-5 years related working experience;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Independence and proactivity in work;
• Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to make quick and efficient decisions;
• Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines;
• Good conflict handling skills;
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Passion for quality, performance and reliability;
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written);
