The Systems Support Analyst will be joining a team providing first class day to day support on systems used by the internal business. The systems being used are Salesforce, SharePoint, OpenAir, Concur and Netsuite.

The role would suit a candidate looking to begin their career in an International company.

Responsibilities

• Support & maintenance of all existing and new internal systems
• Ensure support tickets are logged, tracked and managed as required through to closure.
• Interact with employees at all levels of the business to help resolve systems issues and provide resolutions or work arounds in a timely manner
• Escalate calls to internal and external support providers where necessary
• Proactive monitoring of all shared service systems
• Ensure all procedures are suitably documented
• Keep training material updated to onboard new employees

Skills/Experience Required:

• Good problem-solving skills – ability to analyse an unknown issue and follow logical steps to conclusion
• Communication skills - can understand, and be understood, when discussing business and technical issues.
• Research skills - use reference materials to find solutions, prompt innovation and aid personal development.
• Strong numeracy skills 
• Ability to multi-task
• Show ability to work in a team environment.
• Effective use of time management skills
