• Deployment Technical Consultant

ОПИС НА РАБОТНОТО МЕСТО

As a technical consultant in the Operations Team, you will be responsible for the deployment of BarracudaFX Product range to internal and external customers. Barracuda's customers are large Multi-National Financial Institutions and the deployment projects take place over a number of months. Barracuda's products are Unix-based multi-tier systems. This person will work closely with the Product Consultants, Product test and Product Support teams.  The person will be focused on the following areas:

• Deployment of Barracuda's systems to customers, including site hosted and cloud hosted customers;
• Deployment of Barrcauda's system for internal test purposes;
• Providing ongoing support to existing deployments;
• Attending Deployment Project Calls;
• Database Migration Scripting.

ПОТРЕБНИ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ

• Degree level education in Engineering, Computing or similar discipline;
• Expert Unix/Linux User skills;
• Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS and related technologies;
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as Oracle or PostgresSQL;
• SQL Scripting an advantage; 
• Experience with project and bug tracking software, such as JIRA;
• Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing priorities;
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills;
• Fluent English Speaker.
