TabTale Macedonia is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our best of breed Marketing Team. You’ll help deliver world-class apps to millions of users while providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our users might face, with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer cases, app ratings and reviews; proactively find ways to respond to customers and provide product information
• Reach high TabTale user satisfaction scores
• Go the extra mile to engage users through social support
• Provide user feedback analysis within the company, and make product recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (English Language/E-business/Marketing/ - an advantage)
• Outstanding written and spoken English
• Experience in customer support - an advantage
• Service orientation

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
