  CRM Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to deliver a successful launch and continued growth for Project-V;
• Hire and lead a small team od domain experts to execute successful UA, brand and influencer marketing campaigns;
• Oversee and manage the performance plus spend of all marketing campaigns;
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams including commercial, community, insights and production to drive 360 campaigns;
• Identify, brief and manage external agencies to deliver high quality executions;
• Utilize detailed analysis and learnings to inform and support reaching KPIs across platforms, channels and campaigns;
• Bring new and big ideas to the table, as well as collaboratively build on others;
• Concepts to deliver game engagement and build a passion for the universe.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Proven track record in marketing management, with 5+ years of experience in brand, influencer, ideally in gaming;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent organization skills;
• Knowledge in English.
