MT - Management trainee (m/f) – Saudi Arabia

REQUIREMENTS:

• College Graduate
• Good knowledge of English language
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Improvement in guest satisfaction
• Handling all guests issues
• Maintaining the standard required for the restaurant look & feel
• Maintain hygiene & F&B quality standards
• Drive & monitor crew behaviors and crew engagement resulting in repeat business and guest loyalty
• Work on maintaining & increasing Positive word of mouth from guest
• Increasing Employee Morals
• 2 years contract
