Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

● Develops maintenance and TPM processes and is responsible for its implementation 
● Proposes the scope and method of modernization of machines and equipment 
● Prepares and calculates the department's annual budget, evaluates its costs on a monthly basis and updates the outlook costs
● Plans and supervises all repairs and installations in the company, plans summer and year-end maintenance
●Provides regular inspections of the building, electrical and other energy systems, technical equipment and identifies and solves problems
● Manages, motivates and develops maintenance team 
● Cooperates with other departments when new machinery and equipments is needed and is responsible for it´s commissioning
● Responsibility for energy machinery and equipment, costs, efficiency and audits

Key Qualifications / Requirements

● University degree (mechanical or electrical engineering)
● 5+ years experiens in maintenance within production company, 3+ years within leadership role (automotive)
● Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
● Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Ability to work under pressure
● Team player
● Readiness for traveling
