Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems 

• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

• Monitor and manage design systems

• Translate metrics into meaningful user interfaces

• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience 

• Work on projects across mobile and desktop platforms

• Organize content to show hierarchy and deliver UX documentations (site maps, user flows, wireframes, specs) to illustrate user journeys

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.

• Skills to balance excellent design with short deadlines

• A team player but can work independently too

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills

• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking

• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

• Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Creative and analytical approach

• Experience in design systems

• Excellent knowledge of Figma

• Well read on the new technology and best practices in the market
