• GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the organization's business activities and coordinate operations; 
• Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs;
• Allocating budget resources, managing operational costs and monitoring financial activities;
• Formulating policies and improving administration processes; 
• Hiring employees,  support staff development, monitoring and motivating staff;
• Ensuring good customer service and engaging with vendors;
• Enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue'
• Enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• IT experience preferred, at least 10+ years’ work experience;
• MBA preferred, but not required;
• Proficient in written and spoken English language;
• Good knowledge of different business functions, including finance;
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
