We are looking for a Software Implementation and Support Engineer to join our team in SKOPJE.

What your key responsibilities will be:

• Participate in Business Analysis processes and the design of IT solutions for our customers
• Implementation and maintenance of software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies
• Provide support, testing and training during implementation for the end-users of solutions
• Ensure the quality of the solutions developed
• Resolve and/or provide assistance in case of production incidents to re-establish the service as quickly as possible
• Main contact point between clients and development teams

Skills and experience we expect from you:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science
• MS SQL Server knowledge
• Knowledge on writing and troubleshooting T-SQL code
• Knowledge of finance business
• Knowledge of MS SSIS or MS SSRS would be considered an advantage
• Object-oriented programming knowledge
• .NET Framework knowledge would be considered an advantage
