On behalf of our client DEKRA is looking for:

• EMEA Associate Systems Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To complete the installation and configuration of the Verint product suite according to the requirements detailed in the project documentation. The ASE will need to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained whilst keeping updated with current Verint operating standards and how they are applied;
• Understand the final solution and work collaboratively with the Project Manager to define the plan to achieve this state;
• Work closely with Services & Support to ensure a smooth project delivery and transition into Support. Ensure that project handover documentation (HoTs) is completed to increase the support effectiveness;
• Participate in ongoing training and development, to ensure skills are kept up to date;
• Communicate relevant issues to Management, Support, Product House and to other members of the Project Team;
• To provide regular and accurate updates to the Project Manager and Team Leader as part of weekly team calls.
   

QUALITIFCATION:

• Degree level education in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience;
• Hands on real-life experience with Microsoft Windows and SQL technology;
• Experience with deploying and configuring software systems into Customer environments;
• Experience of deploying software solutions into Microsoft Windows and SQL environments;
• Knowledge of industry specific security standards and how to apply them to a customer’s environment;
• Knowledge of Cloud computing;
• Knowledge of enterprise software applications.
