In this new function, you will be collaborating with the Senior Delivery Manager to achieve the mission. Your key responsibilities are: 

• Taking care of the recruitment process from profile definition till contract proposition. 
• Onboarding of new employees and offboarding in case a leave. 
• Preparation and organisation of the evaluation process. 
• Training roadmaps for employees. 
• Communication on social media. 
• Salary yearly roadmap. 
• Proposition of events. Travel approvals. 
• Receiving bills and keep track of payment, report/tables and communication to accounting. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in any field 
• At least 3 years of experience as HR/Admin manager 
• At least 5 years of experience in HR/admin fields 
• Great communication skills 
• Good command of English 
• Experience in accounting such as AP/AR 
• Experience in recruitment agency is a plus
