Job Description

Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full time product manager to become a part of its fast-growing Ekstrapoint team in Skopje. Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje and is delivering digital web products within casino, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing. This position will be placed within the Ekstrapoint team at Vita Media group. Ekstrapoint is a successful unique loyalty platform for casino players all over the world.

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the CPO the purpose of the product manager will be to make sure Ekstrapoint’s web development is executed according to the targets, vision and strategy of Ekstrapoint. You will be the key driver in the product and development team for developing new features and product areas. We are a small but very competent and agile team of +15 content, product, design, development and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Manage our the product roadmap for Ekstrapoint as well as drive a proper product delivery proces ensuring that development sprints are planned well with rich visual descriptions / specifications.
• Assist the functional analyst in producing high quality specifications.
• Act as a project manager on ad-hoc product development projects spanning across stakeholders; marketing, CRM, design, content, SEO and development.
• Work closely with the CPO as well as developers, content, design, CRM, marketing and customer success to make sure we collect and prioritize product inputs.
• Understand our users needs and wants for the product.
• Ensure adequate data and insights that justifies current and future product development ensuring priorities makes sense.
• Collect secondary data for product development through user interviews and surveys.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy alongside the CPO. You’ll have the freedom zto challenge our solutions to customer problems by proposing new directions as well as features of development.
• Conduct A/B split tests as well as manage the optimization of the product funnel through among others instapage.
• Collect and surveil competitors solutions to suggest product developments.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree within business, IT or related field.
• You have proven that you can build and ship a digital product working closely with both business, design and development.
• +5 years of product management experience within a web product at an international company using agile.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into specifications / requirements for development and design.
• Strong ability to understand a customer’s online behaviour through a product and translating this into an engaging and selling digital UX journey.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, planning and influencing skills
